Share2Care provides a simple and secure way for carers to store important information in one place and share it with the people who matter most, helping them coordinate their caring role more effectively.
Most importantly, the app enables carers to create a digital contingency plan that can be securely uploaded to their NHS record within the Yorkshire & Humber Care Record (YHCR) and flags them as a carer, ensuring vital information is available when it is needed most.
